YOUR CHAKRAS, YOURSELF Reiki 1 begins with Reiki I attunements. The history of Reiki is discussed .From there a brief intro to energy exercises to enhance energy development. We will review the traditional hand positions. Then a meditation to relax and bring up the energetic vibrations as we prepare. The students then practice giving and receiving Reiki, using the traditional above body hand positions. By the end of the Reiki 1 training, each student gives and receives al traditional Reiki session, and is certified as a Reiki 1 practitioner! Sounds simple? Because it is! Reiki II ,for Reiki I practitioners ,who wish to deepen their experience of and commitment to using traditional Reiki in their lives. During this class, the primary role of the traditional Reiki master is to share the ceremonial act of energy transfer and empowerment with each student. Throughout each Reiki II class, the traditional Reiki master also shares his or her own personal knowledge and years of experience in using the Reiki II symbols with each student and encourages and personally mentors each student's practice of the second level of Reiki. By the end of the Reiki II class, the students are certified Reiki II practitioners. Please continue to check back to this site for new class schedule.
